Telfar ‘Shows’ Spring 2027 Collection in Paris

Telfar Clemens staged his Spring 2027 show in Brooklyn on Oct. 6, even though it was on the official Paris Fashion Week schedule, leaving a Paris audience of about 300 to watch the runway on a giant screen in Théâtre Daunou. Anta Sports Secures $1.7 Billion Investment in Puma

Anta Sports Products Limited has completed its purchase of a 29.06% stake in Puma SE from the Pinault family’s investment company Artémis for €1.5 billion ($1.7 billion) in cash. Anta Sports is now the German sportswear maker’s largest shareholder. Anta Sports said it has no plans for a takeover offer and will seek representation on Puma’s supervisory board. “We look forward to building a fruitful partnership and exploring areas where our respective strengths can create sustainable value,” Puma CEO Arthur Hoeld said in a statement. {Anta; Puma}

ASOS Shares Fall 14% After App Notification Claims Hack

On Tuesday, an unidentified third party may have accessed basic customer information on ASOS’ app, such as names and contact details, after shoppers received a notification claiming hackers had “fully compromised” its data. The retailer said it does not believe payment card records or passwords were affected, and its website and app are “operating as normal.” However, shares fell as much as 14% before closing down by 9.56% after the company said it has cybersecurity insurance. {The Guardian}

Lacoste Fires CEO Before Paris Show

Lacoste has reportedly dismissed CEO Eric Vallat shortly before its latest Paris fashion show. Vallat joined in June 2025 to lead a push to move the brand upmarket. Thierry Guibert, who ran the company for a decade before Vallat, will resume the role. According to Reuters, a spokesperson confirmed the departure but did not explain the reasoning, saying only that the brand would continue its strategy on “robust fundamentals.” {Reuters/paywalled}

ShopMy Pushes Into Luxury Brands

ShopMy — a partnership platform founded in 2020 by Tiffany Lopinsky, Harry Rein and Chris Tinsley — lets influencers and newsletter writers earn commissions on products they recommend and was most recently valued at $1.5 billion. Lopinsky, a former food influencer who is now president of the company, is pitching traditional luxury brands on the platform as a way to reach more customers rather than as sponsored content. {Elle}
