Forward Artists is looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to support a Senior Beauty Agent with administrative responsibilities and day-to-day talent management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Communication & Coordination:
• Communicate with clients, agents, managers, and celebrity clientele, maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Administrative Support:
• Organize artists' calendars.
• Send call sheets and create deal memos.
• Prepare travel itineraries.
• Reconcile department and artist expenses.
Talent Management:
• Coordinate artists' travel and work schedules.
• Facilitate holds and bookings for artists.
• Log booked jobs and sponsorships in the internal database.
Email Management:
• Handle 300+ emails daily, prioritizing tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Qualifications:
- Availability to work 40+ hours per week, with on-call availability during evenings and weekends. (overtime eligible)
- Residence in the Los Angeles area, with the ability to work onsite in Beverly Hills 3 days per week.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and MacOS.
- Prior experience in an agency setting is a plus.
