She is joined by Knicks center Andre Drummond, Interview Editor-in-Chief Mel Ottenberg, model Kai Schreiber, social media personality Ashtin Earle and stylist Miyako Bellizzi. Hugo Boss Lowers Outlook as Q3 Sales Drop

Hugo Boss said Tuesday that third-quarter group sales fell 5% at constant currency amid its strategic realignment and weak consumer demand. The group also lowered its full-year outlook. Operating profit was €81 million ($91 million), even as gross margin improved to 63.3%. The company now expects a high-single-digit sales decline, citing softer fourth-quarter demand and higher non-cash costs for IT assets. The results came days after Frasers Group took majority control of Hugo Boss on Oct. 23, and CEO Daniel Grieder said in a statement that strategic direction “remains unchanged.” {Hugo Boss}

Yeezy Sets First Runway Show in Four Years

Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, will stage a Yeezy runway show Nov. 4 to celebrate the brand’s first store, according to invitations sent to press Monday. The show, titled “Yeezy Season 01,” will take place at the new Yeezy Flagship Droam 1 location in Los Angeles. It will be his first full-scale runway collection in four years, after his 2022 Paris show drew controversy over models wearings shirts reading “White Lives Matter.” {Business of Fashion/paywalled}

Wage Protests Persist at Bangladesh Garment Factories

Garment workers in Bangladesh held a fourth day of wage protests on Tuesday, with police using tear gas as clashes disrupted factories and transport in the world’s second-largest apparel exporting sector. Workers are demanding a minimum monthly wage of 30,000 taka ($245), up from 12,500 taka, and the unrest has continued despite a government wage board formed Nov. 1. Dozens were injured and hundreds of factories have shut, raising fears for shipments during peak season in an industry that employs about 4 million people and drives more than 80% of the country’s exports. {Reuters/paywalled}

Fresh Founders’ Fragrance Brand The Maker Shuts Down

The Maker, the fragrance brand from Fresh Co-Founders Lev Glazman and Alina Roytberg, has shut down its e-commerce and wholesale operations, though the founders say it could return. With limited resources, they are focusing on their luxury hotel in Hudson, NY, which inspired the brand. Senior beauty executives have left, and analysts say high prices (up to nearly $180) and abstract, concept-heavy marketing made it hard for shoppers to connect, even as the brand landed at Sephora and Bluemercury. {Beauty Independent/paywalled}
