Yoga and meditation teacher Chelsey Korus shares a simple detox meditation that can be done anytime, anywhere, with your next cup of tea.
A Detoxing Meditation
- Grab your favorite warm beverage. Mine is Flor•Essence.
 - Take a comfortable seat.
 - Close your eyes. Feel the warmth of your cup, and let that warmth go through your whole body.
 - Sit up tall, take a breath in, and release any tension you have with your exhale.
 - Place your hand on your heart or place your cup next to your heart. Establish a place of home. Set an intention to stay.
 - Repeat the mantra, “I am with you. I am with you. I am with you.”
