Try This Calming Meditation the Next Time You Need a Detox

Yoga and meditation teacher Chelsey Korus shares a simple detox meditation that can be done anytime, anywhere, with your next cup of tea.

A Detoxing Meditation

  1. Grab your favorite warm beverage. Mine is Flor•Essence.
  2. Take a comfortable seat. 
  3. Close your eyes. Feel the warmth of your cup, and let that warmth go through your whole body.
  4. Sit up tall, take a breath in, and release any tension you have with your exhale.
  5. Place your hand on your heart or place your cup next to your heart. Establish a place of home. Set an intention to stay.
  6. Repeat the mantra, “I am with you. I am with you. I am with you.”
