Francesca Simons is seeking motivated, organized, and detail-oriented PR interns to join our team immediately. This is an unpaid, one-month internship offering hands-on experience and exposure to the luxury PR industry. At the end of the month, performance will be evaluated, with the potential for a paid internship or college credit. Candidates must have access to an Apple laptop and be able to commute into the office.
The ideal candidate is dynamic, responsible, and passionate about public relations and the fashion/jewelry industry. Prior PR experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
• Assist with sample coordination and organization
• Track celebrity, print, and digital placements
• Develop and maintain media and industry contact lists
• Support coordination of press days and press appointments
• Maintain updated calendars, press clippings, and records
• Conduct research on influencers, stylists, and editors
• Provide general administrative support
• Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the agency
• Handle pick-ups and drop-offs as needed
