Fans of Netflix’s smash hit “KPop Demon Hunters” (“We’re going up, up, up!”) got to step into the world of HUNTR/X this weekend, thanks to an immersive pop-up experience from Netflix and Walmart, and produced by CNC Agency.

The HUNTR/X Night Market took over 45Grand in New York City on Oct. 10 and 11, inviting fans to celebrate Rumi, Mira and Zoey through interactive activations, photo opps, customized merch and seriously cute giveaways. The free experience was part of the brands’ “Let Your Inner HUNTR/X Shine” campaign, bringing the fan-favorite characters into the real world.

Fans stopped by the Hunters’ Charm Bar, presented by Mattel, to personalize a “KPop Demon Hunters” keychain with additional charms for their event tote. At the Smile Studio, presented by Colgate, a neon-lined photo booth let fans show off their best pop star smiles and take home printed photo strips to adorn their homes.

And of course, it wouldn’t be an NYC pop-up without snacks. Shin Ramyun After Dark, presented by Nongshim, served “KPop Demon Hunters” Shin Ramyun with custom-wrapped chopsticks and special toppings. Nearby, attendees played arcade-style games and scored giveaways alongside a wall of plush Derpy Tigers.

The pop-up also brought a TikTok favorite into the mix to help fans embrace their inner pop star. Posing coach and portrait photographer David Suh made surprise appearances to offer select attendees hands-on coaching inspired by HUNTR/X’s confident vibe.

The event offered fans an opportunity to celebrate their favorite characters with friends and family, but Walmart’s “KPop Demon Hunters” collection makes it possible to bring that fandom home. The retailer offers themed products and gear for fans looking to bring a little HUNTR/X energy into their everyday lives — and homes.
