6 Moves to Do With an Agility Ladder | Variations | Nike
Amp your speed, coordination, and ability to move easily and shift directions with the agility ladder. You can use it to warm-up for any workout, or as a fun way to build your endurance. Nike Master Trainer Brian Nunez walks you through six exercises to try. If you don’t have a ladder, you can draw one in chalk or mark it with tape.
