Make one big batch of these Chia Berry Bowls, portion it for Monday through Friday, and score an extra 15 minutes each morning. That means more time to train. Ingredients: ½ cup chia seeds 2 cups unsweetened vanilla nut milk 2 Tbsp. maple syrup Pinch sea salt ⅓ cup raw macadamia nuts, chopped 2 cups mixed berries, rinsed How to Make it: Mix the chia seeds, nut milk, maple syrup, and sea salt. Allow to set in the fridge until gelatinous, about 2 hours. Build 5 chia pudding portions by layering the chia pudding, berries, and macadamia nuts in jars or other containers.
