These bars provide a boost of protein and healthy fats to help you finish your workout strong. Ingredients: 1 cup walnuts, unsalted 1 cup peanuts, unsalted 10 dates, pitted ⅓ cup chocolate protein powder ⅓ cup almond milk Pinch sea salt How to Make it: Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper. In the bowl of a food processor, pulse the walnuts and peanuts until a fine powder has formed. Add dates and process until combined. Add in protein powder, almond milk, and sea salt and pulse until combined. Press the mixture into prepared pan and freeze for 1 hour. Remove from the freezer and cut into 12 portions. Freeze in an airtight container for up to two weeks. Allow to thaw before serving.
